Blog 9 – The motivations under the Fundamentals of Business website

1) What could be motivations that lead a professor of a public university to build a website like that of Fundamentals of Business?
2) What do you think if the professor put advertisement in the website and in the Blog?

56 comments:

  1. 1)The motivations of the professor to do a website like fundamental business is to encourage us students to study and to provide us with materials and to keep us motivated through that. Consindering if he wouldn´t do the website the students would have no material to study with and would be annoyed ,unmotivated and wouldnt get good grades. This of course then has an affect on the professor , because which professor wants to teach an unmotivated class which doesnt participate in any activities. In addition, if the students are failing and/ or not having good grades it also reflects the teaching of the professor and the professor wants his students to get good grades in order to feel satisfied that he tought us his knowledge to us students.
    2) Personally, I think that the displayment of advertisements on webpages is annoying. Furthermore, displaying advertisement on the blog would be even worse, since the blog is there to exchange knowledge and have discussions and not to advertise for a product .

    1. I completely agree with Mercedes Heeb.
The main motivation that would lead a professor to create such a good web-site is to absolutely help us students. As Mercedes said, our achievements are those of our professor's. If we fulfill our goals it is because of our professor's teaching. It is a pleasure for a professor to see his/her students gaining good grades.

Instead, in case of advertisements in the web-site or in the blog, it would be, as Mercedes said, so annoying and it would make students think that the professor's priority and aim are different from the motivation explained above.

  2. Dear professor,

i think there are great reasons between this blog. You can reach more people than your students and you can easily meet new people and explore different point of views. I think the right question in 2014 is: what could be the motivations that lead a professor of a public university to ignore the internet?

About the question n° 2, i think adv is not very convenient on this kind of blog (niche public) and possible revenues via Adsense or similar network are really low.

    thanks for this space,

  3. I think that a professor of a public university creates a website to communicate and to help his students to understand better the lessons. He/she can also add links or multimedia sources to encourage them to participate. In this way, all the students could express their opinions and solve their doubts or problems about the subjects of the lessons talking not only with the teacher, but also with the others. Another advantage is that if someone is absent, he/she will find notes and clear instructions in the website. So, in my opinion, it's very useful for both teachers and students and if the professor puts advertisement in it, it's inappropriate, because this isn't the purpose of the website/blog.

  4. Nowadays all the students prefer to use computer, tablet etc instead of books..so I think that the professor who wants to communicate with his students, or wants to teach, to help them must fit with this new reality. Whereby I think that the blog is the best way to do that, also because in this way everyone could partecipate to the debate, solve their doubts and learn something new in funny way! I think that advertisements are not useful..

  5. 1: This enhance the activity of students into study. Also that if someone is not able to ask a question in classroom but can ask freely on blog.
2: In my personel opinion that would be marketing of that website or blog, because in marketing we need advertisement.

  7. I think this blog has been created to complete the teaching activity. Through this instrument it is possible to enlarge the limits of class teaching, giving the opportunity to every student to express his/her own ideas regarding many issues and moreover it makes the studying easier, as it enables students to review what was told during the lessons.
Even if it could be a lucrative idea, I think that inserting advertisement would be useless to the website, since this is a teaching instrument, so the aim of this website is not raising money.

  8. 1)I think that a good reason to build such a homepage could be also motivated by a personal interests. In our example it´s clear what the WHY of our professor is…it is written on the front page (more transparent teaching methods, favorite the relation student / teacher and so on). In my opinion, this different teaching method could be seen also as a personal development of the teacher. A better interaction can be helpful to the teacher as to the student to better follow each other. Beside this, the teacher can use blog comments as material in future lessons. These kind of teaching by using a personal homepage may be also and interesting tool for the professor to use as an example in further carrier opportunities and proving the effectiveness of his/her work.

2)It depends. I think that advertisement is not related with the mission of this web site. although, It can´t be avoided totally. The logos of Google, Facebook and twitter is already a kind of advertisement. But, from a different point of view, advertisement can create more value to a homepage and give it the chance for further developments. This could be a positive fact as it doesn’t only create value for the professor, bit for the students too. Participate and interact with a more developed site, for instance, with more connections and contacts; could give them good opportunities too.

  9. I think the main reason for the existence of this blog is to reach all students individually. The blog, if followed daily, helps us to learn the concepts and understand them. But the deeper reason, at this point, is to be resolved in his passion for teaching economics. I think is this that drives you to train professionals ethically correct, but not for this no valid. A teacher pointing only to gain his salary, would do the bare minimum.
If you began to put advertising, I would see nothing wrong.
It depends on your intentions, if you filled it with advertising, neglecting the insights necessary to us, I'd believe that your blog is just to make profit, if you do not neglected that part, I would not think badly. You could even use advertisement to develop the blog itself, there's nothing bad in making also (not just) profit!

  10. I think this blog motivates us, we can share ideas and opinions, but we also find useful informations. Firstly connection between student and teacher is made much easier, and those who do not have the opportunity to respond in class can do it here. Secondly,'s do not reach just the students, but also those who are interested.
Regarding advertisments , if its helping you to develop the blog , why not ?

  11. 1) In my opinion a professor could be a blog or a site for students for the hope of stimulating the students and help them with the study. Being a professor, he needs to help his students. The easy organization of the site is also useful for the students.

    2) Could be a normal things. To mantain a site costs, so mantaining a site with advertisements is not a very strange choice.

    ReplyDelete
  12. I think that a teacher should create a website in order to compare with the world of young people, their approach to the study, their difficulties and their diversity.
I think being a teacher is a job much more complex than what appears.
The teacher wants his students to understand the concepts and their use outside of the university context.
Students can understand through the help of the blog a more dynamic way of studying, experiencing the reality of what they study.
A teacher can use a site or a blog not so much to their careers as to demonstrate the 'efficacy of his teaching methods.
The message must be clear, easy to understand and appealing, as an advertising.
What catches the attention also attracts the curiosity and knowledge.
Use advertising to 'inside of a site can not always negative effects depends on the purpose for which the site was created, and especially if that advertising can be useful for those who browse the site.

  13. 1) In my opinion, creating a blog like this is a great opportunity either for the teacher and the students: it allows us to debate together about new topics or to revise the ones we talked about during our lesson. We can express ourselves such as our ideas and opinions: each answer is different from the others and everybody can reach a good chance to compare himself to all his/her colleagues. Talking from the teacher's point of view, conducting this blog is the best representation of his work, his passion, his ideas. Maybe, he wants to encourage us and try to render his devotion evident. He can listen to our answers and reach for a moment an another view of economy and reflect with us over them. In addition, it is a good tool to keep us interested and render theory into practice. Even the teacher would have had a special place like this, when he was a student like us.

    2) As it concerns putting advertisement on this blog, my opinion is composed of two aspects: it can be useful to reach a greater public and put the blog on everyone’s interest, not only ours. On the other hand it can contrast with the teacher’s mission: if an organization that supports shareholders’ theory on his “why” would be the sponsor of the blog, the teacher could submit his opinions to that azienda’s ones, if requested by the organization. I’m only talking in a theoretical possibility but it would be a contradiction in terms and a conflict of interest, isn’t it ?

  14. 1) I think that the objective of a professor of a public university is to teach and to do this he can use different methods. The website is an instrument to facilitate the study for the students, to make or receive questions and answers, to review teaching notes and slides. So the motivation that leads the professor to create a website is the will of improve the teaching and to make easier the study for student's.
    2) If the professor puts advertisement in the Blog or/and in the website it's just for revenues, because there are no other reasons to do it in this type of sites; so I will think he is egoist and also an oppurtunist.

  15. 1)I think the reason of this blog’s existence is the possibility of having an interactive relationship with students. Moreover, in a technological sector as Economics, it is useful to get used to this type of communication.
    2) In my opinion, it wouldn’t be either appropriate or useful. Not appropriate because profit is not the aim of this website; not useful because only a small number of people visit it

The motivations that lead a professor of a public university to build a web site like this could be various:

-To provide a modern and interactive learning/teaching system aimed to stimulate students (it suits just great though, studying on big ancients volumes makes students sick since always).

    - The possibility for the professor to teach his subject to students (blank slate) in the closer way he thinks suitable to shape students’ feelings and influence them in the best possible way based on his belief.

    - Providing school material in the most easy way nowadays.

    - Give chances (through the blog in our case) of better understanding topics already discussed in class. This section can be useful for those students who have missed lessons, have still doubts or just want to confront their ideas with others.

In web sites like this I would find the presence of advertisements pretty slimy and ethically wrong. This web site is not just useful but necessary for students and use their traffic data to make profit would be rude and unprofessional.

  17. In this millennium in which technology is present in everything we do it's right to use it in the best way.In my opinion this idea is very usefull and intelligent firstly because using internet and tablet or laptop or phone students are more encourage to work and participate and secondly because for us (students) is better to have notes directly written by our teacher.
Sometimes advertisement is usefull but in this blog it will be useless because looking at the advertisement students are distracted and they don't focus their purpose. Something that i appreciate in this website are the news and the interesting news in it.

  18. 1) Well, I personally think there are plenty of reasons for him to have made this choice. First of all it is an fast and easy way to, as I say, “double check” the efficacy of the lectures held in class. In doing so, the professor can understand if and how the concept he explained in class has been captured by the students. Another reason could probably be his will to create a community where anyone can express his doubts or make suggestions.
    2) Again I think it depends on the nature and scope of the advertisments are put for. Are they meant to sell something (main objective is profit) or are they simply meant to give people a message? When I was in the US, for example, sometimes there were 10 second commercials that gave advice or just reminded people about something (e.g. at 11 PM there was a commercial that said: “It is 11 PM… do you know where your children are?”).

  19. A professor of a public university such as Tor Vergata has the motivation of building a site such as the one in which i am writing on at the moment because it allows us students to improve our business language and knowledge using the videos and by commenting in the videos posted. It will also motivate him because he will have a vast amount of point of views on each case brought up. This will also allow students to get the 3 extra points (in theory) to achieve a better grade at the end exam.

The blog and the website would change completely the objective of the creation of the website. Such that it's primary objective would be to make money out of the advertisements added on the website and not to communicate and interact successfully with us students to improve there final grade in business.

  20. 1) According to me a professor of pubblic university creates a blog to give a better service to his students. The modern society is very bond to technology especially the teenagers, this way of teaching is nearer to the youth and it encourages them to study. I love use technology so in my opinion is a great way to take part to the lessons and it's also less expensive than a book.
    2) I think that the advertisments sometimes are necessary, a lot of free internet services can survive just with advertisiments, for example some free apps for smartphone. But I think that they can't be a part of this type of blog because they will be completely out of context and they will disturbe students.

    ReplyDelete
  21. 1)The motivation in my opinion is to give students a voice, an opportunity to externalize their opinions and have a contact with their teacher. This will motivate students and make them feel part of the class and active in what they are doing. In addition it makes the curiosity of the student grow. The professor will also develop an idea on the thoughts and on the level of the class. 2) Advertisement is not a bad thing, if it doesn’t hinder the main purpose of the blog. A low quantity of advertisement could be positive and usefull.

    ReplyDelete
  22. 1) In my opinion the main reasons why a professor of a public university would build a web site like this one could be, first of all a strong intention of breaking down all the conventional barriers between a professor and the students by making them feel free to express their own opinions in the comments without giving them a bad grade or judging them. Another possible motivation could be also to make the students take part in class and make them feel more active in what they are studying.
    2) I don't really find advertisements an annoying thing because they all have a purpose, but I think that in a blog like that they would be a little out of place.

  23. When I attended the high school, I often heard people say me :" When you'll come to the university won't be space for your opinion, you will not able to talk about everything you want, you'll have only to study and study... and bla bla bla". This blog is the proof that what they said is FALSE.
I think this is a beautiful opportunity offered by a good professor able to understand that not everything is based on the study, but that the best way to learn something is discussing about one theme. I think it is the best way to prove what we study, and to make pragmatic the theory. And so through this blog everyone can express and show what they think and their opinions and why not also feelings. The important thing is that also shy people can say anything, because we everybody know how much easier is to express a thought through a computer.
Advertisement is in general ok, it depends always on the quantity and the kind of advertisement.

  24. 1- I think that a website like Foundamental of Business is important for a professor Who want to understand different kind of opinion in his classes ,and also to discuss with the students in the classroom the day after. So another reason could be to encourage the students to partecipate expecially now that is only the beginning of this course (and to overcome the shyness)
2- according to me put the advertisment is not important for students but it is only an interest of professor just to do a revenue

    ReplyDelete
  25. 1) I think the main motivations that lead a professor to build a blog, like this, are to give to the students the opportunity to write their own thoughts, making them feel like an important part of the university; to partecipate continuously at discussions (even if some of them were not at the class of the day), understanding different points of view. the blog is also useful for the professor because he can reach all the students of the class and help them suggesting and egging them on.

    2) about the advertisement, having a blog is a demanding activity and I don’t think it is a bad idea to make profit as you are working on it. advertisement can also help the blog to be developed and make it have a greater accessibility (students from different universities can compare notes and thoughts).

    ReplyDelete
  26. 1. For help and motivate students to work and understand this subject in a better way, giving them the opportunity of measure their capabilities out of the lessons .

2.It is useful , thanks to the advertisements students can approach these themes in a right way.

    ReplyDelete
  27. The reasons that can lead a professor of a public university to build a website like that can be more different. We don't know him and what are his objectives. He could do this for a self-interest alone, because he thinks it will be useful for his career, or for a strong morality that leads him to help students in a very useful way. In the middle of these two extremes we have a lot of different shades.
    2) I think in this world nothing is free, also when there is nobody who asks you for money it doesn't mean it is free or valueless because the time that someone have spent on it isn't valueless. So in the same way, the time our professor spent to do it have a great value and if soon or later he will decide to put in some advertise I think it can be considered right.

  28. Building a blog in BA is a way to discuss arguments covered during lectures, it s a way to better understand the topics in order to more deeply study them.

Advertisement is a method to create profit. It s a tough decision, this blog is cool and useful, putting advertisement could transform the blog into junk and could lose credibility. In my opinion this blog is priceless.

  30. 1) The idea of a website like that of Fundamental of Business is personally great. It is a way to escape from traditional boring university relationships between student and professor and also among the students themselves. It is a way to learn more directly in a new and innovative manner, because nowdays everyone is able to use computers. It is a way to compare our different opinions about the arguments discussed in the class and enlarge our experience. Actually, at the beginning, the Blog and stuff like this annoyed me, but I couldn’t understand the objective they are aiming at. But I think that the most important motivation that leads a professor to build a website is to establish a sort of confidential relation with his/her students in order to make their job easy and let them comprehend all the aspects of the teaching subject.
2)I think that advertisement in website is useless. I mean, personally I don’t mind about that, it is such boring for me while I’m searching for something and an add appears suddently. Neverthless, advertisement could make profit for the teacher I think. But ethically it is wrong, because the aim of the website is educational , not economical. Finally, in my opinion, advertisement shouldn’t be on the website.

    ReplyDelete
  31. 1- I think that there are a lot of good motivations that could lead a professor to create a website/blog like that, and they are all in the sphere of economicity: firstly, because it is a good idea to make the students able to discuss without shy or, I mean, in all moments, that is also a great idea to be innovative and interactive. It makes the efficiecy of the learnig class improve, and it is also an effective idea because is in step with the times, so near to modern students needs.
2- Actually, I think that it depense from wich advertisement is: if it is something useful for the students, like that of sudy vacations of work offerts, it would be a great idea, otherwise if is an advertisement of other, it would be a bad and unethical way to work.

  32. Many motivations could drive a professor to build a website with a blog in a public university. First of all using a website make faster lot of aspects of the teaching, second in this way he can involv students in discussion that could not be treated in class for the timing, and using this website would make easier, as well, the collective evalutation of teaching instructions.
I personally think that this idea to build a website is innovative and let the professor capture much more aspects of everybody as a single and as a group.
Regarding the advertisment I think it dipends. Dipends obviously about the topic advertised, because in a website where students can exchange opinions and can improve their knowledge is not strictly necessary the advertising presence. I personally wouldn't mind about it and I think lot of people could do the same but is also true that some people could find it boring and not concerned with the website's aims. However I wouldn't judge a teacher if he will put advertisement on it unless that they would be extrimely related with his personal interests (for example sponsoring family's companies).

The motivations that lead to a professor of public university to built a website like this could be mostly two: the first one is the passion for the job that he perform and the second one is the desire to be transparent in the evaluation. The objective of the blog is probably to make the students think on different aspects of the things, specially in those that we discuss in the classroom. About the teaching notes and the Power Point documents I can say that are very well done and it is clear the effort behind them. This idea to write the "book" alone is innovative and very useful for us, I really appreciate it. I think that the insertion of advertisements in the website is not completly correct. The professor gains his wage teaching in the university and what he do in the website is part of the work.

The motivations that lead a professor of a public university to build a website like the one we have are many. First of all ,the professor could be motivated to create such a website because of his passion and his love for his job. His main objective of creating this web site could be to push us to the right direction, to give advices concerning the business world and to give the possibility to share our ideas.
I really don't mind if the professor put advertisement in the website and in the Blog, unless that they are extremely related with his personal interests.

  36. The motivation that pushes a university professor to open a website could be not only to broaden the knowledge of his pupils but also to let them compare with each other. The blog is an important tool where you can share ideas and experiences and learn from others. It is a way to be heard by others even if they do not know us personally.
Using the website the teacher can convey the love for his subject and share important events or concerns regarding his job.
Putting the advertisement is not something wrong, but it contrasts with the aim of the website which is about the education, innovation and interacting.

  37. I think that a professor is motivated to open a Blog and Website like this in order to help the students to apply the knowledge's taken during the lessons. Moreover, the students discuss and share ideas with each other. Also, this helps the professor to understand the learning level of the students.
If advertisements will help in the improvement of the Website or Blog I agree having advertisements in the Blog.

  38. 1) The professor want to improve his course by offering another service to maximize university's output : our knowledge. He want to satisfied better our needs. Of course he will obtain a better reputation, as it's right.
2 ) I think that putting advertising on the site, the professor would lose credibility and would turn a very useful service to the community in a way to make money. Advertising would be totaly inappropriate.

The reasons which led the professor Emiliano Di Carlo to build a blog on the fundamentals of business are different. I think that many are pointing to the formation and growth of students while others are personal reasons. Surely the desire to change the system of Italian studies in a form which also includes the practice as well as theory. With this blog we students have the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and put into practice that which we learn in class. Also gives us the opportunity to present our thoughts and our ideas so that we are immediately active and enterprising in what could be our future work. In addition to reasons of growth and comparison of students are present, including the motivation of the teacher, even those linked to his own person, in the sense that this blog also allows the teacher to improve teaching skills and being able to see directly and in a tangible way the apreciation of students to these methods of teaching and being able to also assess more closely the people and their ideologies. In the end there is perhaps the most important reason that is to make active students in their academic career rather than leave them in a position of passivity and detachment from the reality that surrounds them.

I think that if the professor put advertising on his blog and the website would lose credibility as the site and the blog would be seen as a form of income and gain, therefore it would create separation between the student and the professor, and automatically this interactive activity would be abandoned. The process of teaching and learning must be parallel, it should be supported and encouraged as it would lead to a growth in the personal training of each individual.

  40. 1. In my opinion, the motivations of professor build a website like that of Fundamentals of Business is to help the teacher and students as well as student and the other student easy to exchange of views. Moreover, this also encourage us students to study and to provide us with materials and to keep us motivated through that. It is a effective way to study Fundamental of Business.

    2. if the professor put advertisement in the website and in the Blog, I do not think I will like it. Because, once appearing advertisement in the website and blog, it will make change purpose using. The website and blog will not use to study or exchange between student and student, and it will be became a real business website.

  41. I’m surely convinced that having a possibility of debate is fundamental for students that have never studied certain topics. It is important to better understand the topics covered and broaden our horizons. In creating this blog I think the professor wanted to give the chance to get to the heart of the discussions and understand, practically, what we face during the lessons. I’ve decided to answer to this question at the end of our course in order to see what effect the blog would have on my knowledge; I’ve now understood its importance. Was cool know and inquire about documents that I never read, so for example the blog on “useless entities”. Thank to it I found that the Italian government loose million of funds to finance apparently death entities, or the blog on the BP case, that on the unsustainable firms that show me what the firms are ready to do only to gain more and more money without appraise the surrounding environment, or the blog on the TED video and these are only some examples. So it was cool.
What about putting advertisement? It could be an easy way to enlarge the blog so it would be used and read also by other people. But it wouldn’t be professional, there are other way to make it accessible to all. It means that the real aim of the blog would be another.

  42. The motivations that lead a professor of a public university to build a website like that are:
    - Availability of study materials
    - Ability to easily communicate and share ideas with each other
    - Possibility study from home

I think that the presence of advertising on this site would not have changed anything. This site is created for collaboration teacher with students and also it let us to get study materials easily. If there will be advertising, it will not hurt and will not help.

  43. The motivations that lead a professor to build website like this are several: firstly he provides students opportunity to be in touch with the professor in case of any questions or difficulties, secondly it provides class materials with case studies and videos which can be discussed in blog. Website provides class information in understandable and organized way.
If the professor would advertise website it will have purpose to attract other students or future students in the university and make different purpose of the website such as generating revenues.

  44. The main motivations that lead a professor of a public university to build a website like that of Fundamentals of Business are already showed in his website's homepage. Nevertheless, in my opinion I would say that ,besides the providing of business material, the effort to motivate students and give them the opportunity to change opinions with each other, one of the main motivation could be exciting students in order to make them start deepening and thinking about the business state of mind : a lot of topics provided by the teacher, not only lead students doing researches and exchanging opinions, but also stimulate them in thinking about something that maybe they have never thought before, especially in finding solutions in front of economic problems or new business ideas.

Advertisements in the website could be useful if it concerned business news related to specific topics.

  45. Usually People pick a certain type of job because they have a passion for it. A professor will normally have a passion for their given subject and will want to share their knowledge with others to help people understand their given field a lot better. so why would a professor build a website like the fundamentals of business, this is easy because he wants to help his students in getting the best grades possible and allowing them easy access to all the materials possible allows him to help us. Also technology is an important part of current life, and having all the information through blogs and for the project work it allows the professor to see the information and marks for project work easily and the way that best suits how he wants to mark.

Advertisement is usually used as a way to increase revenue, i don't think that the professor has made this website for this reason otherwise they may have gone to teach in a price university to get paid more. Also advertising is usually very annoying and has insignificance to the given subject on hand

    ReplyDelete
  46. This website was created to motivate students by proving them with the necessary material. Since we have access to lecture notes, we can easily catch up with classes we missed and wont be overwhelmed. Blogs also create a nice occasion to share my thoughts with the rest of the class.
Personally, I don't mind advertising if the advertising is similar to the contents of the website. For example advertisement about textbooks or review websites on this blog would be approperiate and could be justifiable.

  47. I think that a professor of a public university that makes a website like the one of FOB has all the interest to allow his students reading up about his subject ( in this case fundamentals of business) and also comparing each others about their personal points of view.
Furthermore I appreciate a lot and I find advertisements on the blog very useful and essential, because with just one click I can uptdate myself about the news on the course and I can download all teaching materials on which I can get prepared for the exams.

    ReplyDelete
  48. The motive i think is the professor wants to let his students to know more things about this subject and take them interests in it and he is care about the students. to put the advertisement sometimes we will find something interest from it and in many times it is useful.

  49. In my opinion Professor E. Di Carlo had a great idea creating a blog in which students can able to interact each other . There could be many reasons that lead professor to do a website like fundamental of business. First of all, it’s a way to familiarize with the object of our studies, creating a sort of competition between students in order to stimulate to do their best and then it’s a way to keep in contact with students and evaluate their comments. Instead, in the case of advertisement on the blog, as many of my collegues said, it could be annoying and inappropriate and useless.

  50. The motivation for building a website could bet o motivate the students and to have all the study materials at one place. Another reason could be to encourage students to participate in class and help them pass their exam.
I think advertisement on a website is something normal. I wouldn’t bother me if there were advertisements on this website. If people don’t like the advertisement they can always use Adblocker, so you don’t see any advertisement. The costs of the website also need tob e covered and having advertisements can help covering the costs.

  51. In my opinion the creation of website can help students to know other ideas, new ways of thinking, to be linked to teaching material in a few seconds. The comments on the blogs are a great idea especially in my case, because it help me and stimolate me to improve my english.
Regarding the advertisement, I don't like this idea because it could give a bad impression; it could be that the objective of the website is not focused on the improvement of the communication and studies but on the personal interests.

  52. The website is a great communication tool. From our side we have the educational material that the professor has given us, but it is also true that the teacher builds and refines his teaching.
If the professor decides to put ads on the website, it would be a good thing. The sponsor in this case will pay the expenses that the professor has to incur. The most important thing is the content and less the ads.

  54. The Blog is a very American style, which makes it very good method for teaching, and not only theory. the motivations could be different, and some of them according to me might be, the professor wants to be in contact with the students even after the clasess, and it will be easier for students to learn the materials. It is also an innovative method for us.
The advertisments can help the professor to improve the system, b t it is important not to be disturbing the students while they write the answers in the blogg.
